Fall Fashion: Leather

I know it has been a while and instead of doing homework I'm going to update my abandoned blog. Recently I have become obsessed with finding a leather jacket. I've searched online and at stores to find the perfect one. After going home to Chicago a few weeks ago I was blinded by latest fall fashions seen out and about in the city. Leather coats are the perfect addition to skinny jeans or especially my new favorite the leggings and jeans combo, jeggings, or a cute fall dress with tights and tall boots. I absolutely adore this Via Spiga lambskin leather scuba coat and it's a priced pretty reasonably. Now all I have to do is convince my parents that this is a necessity...hmmm

The Bachelorette Break Down

One of my good friends and I have a weekly ritual of watching the 2 hour episode of the Bachelorette every Monday night. If you didn't already know, Ali chose to go home on the last season of the Bachelor with Jake due to work conflict. She was devastated by this decision. She now has put work aside and is concentrating on her love life. I love Ali she is definitely a guys girl and every guy on the show is falling for her but one thing does bother me. Some of the clothes she has worn I just don't understand why?? Half the time she is wearing a loose t-shirt, jeans and converse sneakers. Although these men are here to impress her, shouldn't she try just a little bit. Besides that all of her fancier attire has been fabulous I especially love some of the gowns she has worn at the rose ceremonies. This season seems to be most entertaining with the weatherman character (Jonathan), obsessive Casey and a few other guys who we don't even know because I'm pretty sure the only words they have said is "I will" in response to receiving a rose (Chris N., I had to look up his name on the website). I laugh so hard every time we watch episodes and weatherman gets so worked up/emotional over every interaction with Ali. He has spent a majority of the time crying on the show. Casey is another winner (not), he seems really creepy considering he got a tattoo of a heart, rose, shield design in order to prove his sincerity to Ali. I think that is down right CREEPER status but hey that's just me. We're going to give you the run down on who our favorites are. Roberto and Chris L. are on the top of my list as of now. Everything Roberto does seems to be a perfect fit with Ali and as a viewer you can tell she has been mesmerized by him from the first night they met. He has this way about him that makes him sooo attractive, sexy and I'm pretty sure many girls would love to marry this man. It must have been so exhilarating to be in the Lion King, talk about a once in the lifetime opportunity. Chris L. has caught my eye from the beginning, his smile is adorable and how passionate he is about his family makes him seem like such an awesome guy. That's all for now more to come!

One thing I love to do is shop online. When I say shop online what I really mean is browsing through the latest trends and to see what my favorite designers are selling this season. I love www.shopbop.com. My guilty pleasure is going through the site and adding everything and anything that catches my eye and putting it into my basket in hope that someday I will actually be able to afford it. I absolutely adore shoes especially high heels I think they can make a woman look and feel sexy and chic. These are two pairs of platform sandals I came across that I am craving (if it is even possible to crave a pair of shoes)! These shoes would look great with but not limited to a cute mini dress, skinny jeans or a high waisted skirt.

Dear World Wide Web,

I've never blogged for my own enjoyment, in the past the blogging I have done was a requirement for classes I have taken in college. I am addicted to Facebook, Twitter and other forms of social media so I thought why not add blogging to my obsessions. I thought I would switch things up a bit this summer and begin to blog about basically anything I want to, so bare with me as I experiment.
